I can't see what I am looking for, can I request a bespoke print?
I love creating bespoke one off pieces, so if you can't see exactly what you want on my website, please email me and I will be happy to help you bring your idea to life.

Do you proof read the copy on my personalised print?
My key focus will be on the design, print and overall product quality, not the spelling. Please be sure to check your text before you place your order as I cannot be responsible for any misspelling supplied.

Do you offer frames for any prints?
I do not offer any frames with any of my prints

My prints are printed edge to edge where full bleed occurs allowing you to use your print in a frame with no mount board or in an oversized frame with mount that has an A4 or A3 visual area.

What happens once I have placed my order?
Once you have placed you will receive an email to confirm of your order and then we'll get to work! Once your product has left our studio, we'll send you another email to let you know your order is on its way.

When will my product be delivered?
All UK orders will be delivered within 5 working days, with the exception of bespoke prints. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, these range from 75p - £9.99 and will be displayed upon checkout.

EXPRESS
If you need your item quicker, we will always do what we can to help. Just pop an email to us with details of when you need your product delivered and we will do our best.

INTERNATIONAL
Due to demand, we currently offer international delivery to Europe, USA, Australia and China, prices as follows:

Europe - £4.99 per item. Please allow 7 - 10 working days.

USA - £7.99 per item. Please allow 7 - 14 working days.

Australia - £9.99 per item. Please allow 7 - 14 working days.

China - £9.99 per item. Please allow 8 - 17 working days.

How do I return an item or request a refund?
We aim to deliver customer delight with each and every product so if there is a problem with your print, we will do everything we can to put it right. Being a new company, I am still learning and appreciate all of your feedback.
