Out of the Box Gifts curates thoughtful, ethical gift boxes designed to make people smile without costing the Earth.

Zoe approached me for a brand refresh, along with a bespoke pattern for her outer packaging and tissue paper.

The new branding features hand-drawn elements, all starting in my sketchbook. I spent time getting to know the gifts Zoe had carefully sourced, making sure the illustrations would sit naturally alongside her products. I drew more nature-inspired details than I needed so I had room to explore and curate the strongest combinations for both the logo and the pattern design.

The final pattern has a calm, restful feel that reflects the tone of Zoe’s gift collections and the care behind every box.
