In the case of a damaged product, I ask that you contact me within 7 days with a photograph of the affected product and a replacement will then be sent as quickly as possible.

If you would like to return a product for any other reason, my policy is that any request for a product replacement or refund must be made within 30 days of the purchase.
Refunds will be granted in the case of an error at the fault of Kat Designer and Illustrator e.g. the colour is used.
Refunds will not be granted under any other circumstances including, but not limited to, misspellings supplied by the customer.
I get to work quickly on all orders, so if your order has already been started cancellations will not be possible. However, I am happy to cancel an order and issue a full refund if I have not yet started to craft your product. Please contact us me soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
I reserve the right to refuse service and to change these Terms of Service at any time.
